Wanted: All cowboys and cowgirls who make Frassati Catholic Academy such an amazing community. We want YOU, your friends and neighbors to join us for a boot-stomping good time at this year’s western-themed FCA Spring Gala on Friday, April 26.

5:30 p.m. Doors open Enjoy the silent auction, music, appetizers, wine wall, beverages & more!
7:30 p.m. Silent auction closes Socialize and mingle while enjoying amazing dinner catered by Smokey's Pub N' Grill! Coffee donated by Anchor Coffee House of White Bear Lake!
8:30 p.m. Program begins Joe Cruz & Pickin’up Steam musical performance and social time to follow program.
Wild West Activities will include:

Not all westerners wear cowboy hats, and you don’t have to either! Western attire and cowboy hats are encouraged, but not required. Let’s kick up our heels. It’s party time!
Funds raised will help Warrant our Falcons to Success! Money raised from ticket sales, silent auction, and other event activities will support the overall operations of Frassati Catholic Academy. This support ultimately keeps tuition steady and makes Catholic education as accessible as possible. In 2019, money raised during the Fund-A-Need will be invested in a new sound system for our gymnasium. This system will allow our school community to better enjoy musical performances, sports tournaments, STEM fairs, retreats, as well as parish and community events.
Raffle ticket sales are open from March 6 – April 10 for the student drawing and top fundraiser awards. Student fundraising winners will be drawn at the April 24 Pep Rally. Additional tickets will be for sale the night of the Gala.
Tickets:
· You can register online today!
· Families that have completed their $500 fundraising requirement will be able to order their 4 comped tickets to the Gala online.
· Families that have not completed their $500 fundraising requirement may do so by Friday, April 5, 2019 to qualify for their comped Gala tickets, and then can reserve those tickets online.
· Families that are uncertain of their outstanding fundraising balance should email Mrs. Kroll at coralie.kroll@frassatiwbl.org for an accurate balance.
BONUS I: Families may count five hours of volunteer time for attending.
BONUS II: Families are eligible for double volunteer hours for helping with clean-up 4/27/2019. Watch for more details as we get closer to the event.
